Items will be shipped by Royal Mail.
Please note that we do not ship to APO (Military) Boxes or FPO (Foreign) Boxes.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
Delivery Time
Items will be shipped out in the following business days after you have checked out. In general, it may take about 3 C 7 business days for delivery.
Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days.
Order Tracking
We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail.
Shipping Rates
Our rates include the expenses of shipping, handling and the high quality packaging. Shipping Rates would vary depending on the weight of the shipment and the selected shipment method.
Please note that all the weights on the product specifications are referring to Net Weights while Gross Weights will be taken to measure shipping fees.

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13 August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Zanut Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
The Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations
Under the Waste Battery regulations, ZANUT LIMITED are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person (please do not post). Alternatively, you can find your local recycling facility at www.recyclenow.co.uk
